Having been part of all the Deloitte,PwC, EY & KPMG across the UK, UAE, US and India. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, from startups to multinational corporations, across the UK, US, Europe, and UAE. Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and strong client engagement skills, Karan helps businesses grow by ensuring audits are efficient, thorough, and tailored to their needs.
Ajay Vastani
Ajay brings over 13 years of audit experience gained from leading firms such as KPMG UK and BDO UK. He has worked with a broad spectrum of clients – from early-stage ventures to multinational enterprises – across the UK, Europe, and India. Renowned for his leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and strong rapport with clients, Ajay ensures that audit engagements are both rigorous and efficient, tailored to the unique needs of each business to support their continued growth.
